Hey, this message is usually related to your card not being setup for certain payments and thus the error. You could try using another payment method (such as Paypal) as an alternative.

replyYou'll be able to redeem directly on Battle Net, no codes are given. Pre-order bonus keys are available now and the full game will delivered nearer release (likely when a preload happens - maybe sooner).

replyThe pre-order bonus code is available now, the full game will be delivered soon (likely when a preload occurs - maybe even sooner). You'll be able to redeem the full game directly onto Battle Net. Do not worry, we're working directly with Activision and the game will be delivered to you as soon as it's available.

replyThe game will not be sold on Steam at all, only place to get it on PC is via Battle Net. You can always setup a "non game shortcut" on Steam to help make it easier to launch - though you'll still have to use Battle Net.

replyThe pre-order bonus is for Classic Captain Price Black Ops 4 character. The In-game XRK Weapons Pack is available for all digital purchases - even if you buy the game after release. Yes you'll get the XRK Weapons Pack from us too :)
