Hello, I do not have Win 10. or Win 8, will I go all normal, at max settings?
replyYou will need either Win10 or Win7 (64 bit), as only these do support DirectX 12, which is needed.

replyYes Windows 8.1 is not supported, you need either Windows 7 or Windows 10..
replyDepends on what else your system is equipped with. But if you still run Win7 I doubt that max settings will be an option.
