So when I am on the Blizzard app, and it still shows pre-purchase for Modern Warfare, I am fine? I bought the Operator edition FYI.

Yes, the pre-order bonus + Beta key is available now and the full version will be provided nearer release (which can be redeemed on Battle Net). Worry not, you'll have the full game when available (likely when a preload occurs).

The pre-order bonus will be there, you get what's advertised on the page. No worries about that, we're working directly with Activision. You'll get the bonuses and full game :)

Can I get a refund? I just learned that the pc/xbox players will not be able to play the spec ops mode for a year... This is a deal breaker for me since I am paying more for a less game...

Hey, this is incorrect. The Spec Ops mode will be available, it's just the "Survival" part of it that'll be locked. As far as we know it's a small part of the overall experience and shouldn't have a huge impact on the game.
