After the exchange is not shown in the list
I used the exchange code on battle.net and it showed success, but I didn't have the game in my list and it still showed that I needed to pre-order it. why？

Hey, this is normal. The key you've been given now is the pre-order bonus, the full game will be delivered to you soon. Do not worry, you'll get the game as soon as it's available to us. We're working on things with Activision and will be able to deliver shortly. You'll be able to preload in time.

No, you'll have to redeem it via Battle Net. That'll be available soon from us, just waiting for Activision to do final checks. You'll have it in time for the preload do not worry!
