After the exchange is not shown in the list
I used the exchange code on battle.net and it showed success, but I didn't have the game in my list and it still showed that I needed to pre-order it. why？

Not able to download the content? Shows up on blizzard site but no way to download it and no links to do it???

COD:MW is not yet ready for download, just for activation. Preload is supposed to start on Oct. 22nd.
If the question is for the bonus, that one is available inside of Black Ops 4's Blackout mode. It'll give you Captain Price as a playable character.
