You've not helped me at all. You keep giving me the same generic pre constructed replies while doing absolutely NOTHING TO HELP ME. all you really seem to be doing is making sure no one else can see my comments. Give me a refund or give me the game

Try to understand we're getting a number of users who are happy playing the game, it's just the small portion of customers that aren't able to play (you included).

I can guarantee you that they scammed me, the game doesn't work, they won't give my money back, and they won't allow my comments to appear to others so I doubt this post will even be seen
