You've not helped me at all. You keep giving me the same generic pre constructed replies while doing absolutely NOTHING TO HELP ME. all you really seem to be doing is making sure no one else can see my comments. Give me a refund or give me the game

We have refunded you. If we wanted to hide your comments we would have done so. We're not hiding anything, we're upfront with the issue and are trying to resolve it as best as we can.
Try to understand we're getting a number of users who are happy playing the game, it's just the small portion of customers that aren't able to play (you included).
