Battlenet says SIGN IN this account does not own the game BLZBNTBGS00000033

Activated the game with my battlenet account, I've checked my games and it shows Call of Duty Modern Warfare is active, when I click on it to play it loads the intro and shows the message "SIGN IN this account does not own the game BLZBNTBGS00000033"

If you have the error message BLZBNTBGS00000033 and Battle.net displays an error message saying "this account does not have the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game", here is a solution! If you need help, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] with your Gamesplanet order number.

Solution 1:
Restart the Battle.net client

Solution 2:
Check that you have activated Call of Duty Modern Warfare on Battlenet from your Gamesplanet account and that you have not accidentally activated it on a bad account

Solution 3:
If you've participated in the BETA, make sure you remove all BETA files from your PC, and then restart the Battle.net app.

Solution 4:
1) Press the Windows key + the "R" key on your keyboard to open the Run window
2) Enter% programdata% and click OK
3) Delete Blizzard, Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders
4) Do the same thing again by entering the Run window:% appdata%,% localappdata% and finally% temp%

If you have this error message and you are unable to install the game, create a shortcut for the game on your desktop for Battle.net Launcher.exe. Then right click on this shortcut and go to Properties. In the "Target" field add this at the end:

--game = viper --install

Depending on the location of the executable file, it will give you something that looks like this:

"C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Battle.net \ Battle.net Launcher.exe" --game = viper --install

Once it is done and you have validated, double click on the shortcut and start the installation.
