Hey, you did not lose any money. Please follow these instructions if the game is not showing up.

this error occurs for a handful of players and is already known from older COD games.

In most cases the problem could be solved by these steps:

restart your Battle.net client (better, restart the whole computer)
if you have participated in the beta, make sure that you remove all files from the beta from your computer. Then restart again.
if that hasn't already solved the problem, please have a look at this support thread from Blizzard: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/bnet/topic/20769727226?page=2

Some of our customers with the problem confirmed that this has fixed the problem.

If that doesn't help, the next step is Blizzard Support.
