Wrong buying and activation

The thing is that my little brother want to pre-order Cold War and he wrote "call of duty" in search bar and selected the first one that he saw... My PayPal and Battle.net account was linked and he bought and activate modern warfare, game that he has since the launch day (year 2019) (in battle.net account, obviously).

There is any way to make a change?

If there is no possibility to make a change, do you accept 9 years old kids like a sacrifice?
