Pearl Abyss has released the launch trailer for Crimson Desert. A chart also reveals the start times for preloading and release. The open-world action adventure will be released on March 19, 2026, for PC, with preloading starting on March 17th at 3pm PT / 10pm GMT

In this action-adventure game, you take on the role of Kliff, leader of the Gray Mane mercenary group, which was almost completely wiped out after a devastating attack by the Black Bears. Your goal: to reunite the fragmented band, reclaim your lost homeland, and stop a far greater threat that threatens to plunge the entire continent of Pywel into ruin.
Crimson Desert is an action-adventure game with an expansive open world that combines combat depth with exploration. Pywel offers a seamlessly designed game world that ranges from vast wildernesses and bustling cities to decaying ruins and the mysteries of the so-called Abyss. In combat, the game relies on a flexible system of swords, spears, bows, and combinable skills—there is no single “right” play style. In addition, there are numerous side stories, random encounters, and a vibrant game world that always has new surprises in store.
