what does it mean "coming soon" ??? nomore keys or just not available for me due to buying from germany?

replyIf you buy the game from our US store you will pay in USD. Your bank will use their exchange rate from EUR and may apply exchange rate fee (this depends on your bank so you can check with them if there are any such fees). That's why you might be better off buying the game on our German storefront.

replyYes, the exchange rate of PayPal will be applied. PayPal also charges currency conversion fee.
