Money taken but code delivery FAILED - SCAM WEBSITE?

I was charged for the Premium edition of the game but was not provided with a key (wtf my early access) instead all I get is this message: "Woohoo – Something went really wrong here.
It's totally our fault! We could not unlock your order and need to look into this mess.

The team has been notified to clean things up and fix the issue." They took my money and didn't give me the game. What's the point now I'll miss the early access before this is resolved. Will I even get the pre-order bonuses?
