It says it won't work in your region Can you exchange it with codes that support our regions because I don't want to ask for a refund because you are the best price store and most likely I won't get my code from other stores.
replyHey, we were informed yesterday by the publisher that the lock situation would be changed and have adapted as best as we can. We're still discussing internally what we can do for customers affected. If we have to refund those affected we will do that of course, but we're looking at other options as well.

replyYou were emailed about the situation, unfortunately we had to refund the order. However you can purchase from the UK, French or German store and it'll work for you (since your region is currently supported there).
The refund will be back within a few days.
