replyI had preordered before the region stuff got changed but the issue is it says it has been refunded but the money is not yet back to my card so i was wondering how long it would take for the money to come back to the card.
Refunds are back within a few days, it was only refunded yesterday so may need a few more days to arrive back.

It said I could activate the key in France when I purchased it but it now shows that i can't activate it anymore.
I ended up choosing to get a wallet refund but I'm stuck with the money since I can't move it to the french gamesplanet store which is the only way for me to get the game now..
That show a real lack of professionalism coming from a trusted retailer...
replyHey, we were informed today by the publisher that the lock situation would be changed and have adapted as best as we can. We're still discussing internally what we can do for customers affected. If we have to refund those affected we will do that of course, but we're looking at other options as well.

I get that you were just told by the publisher, but the issue I'm having rn is that I'm stuck.
You guys offered me the possibility of refunding my order and getting cash on my wallet which I did since I thought I would be able to transfer it to France's Gameplanet, but it's not the case.
I'm stuck with $98.99 of instore credit that I can't use to buy the right version of the game for my region.
Is there a possibility for you to get back that instore credit and just give me a key that I can use in Europe ?
