Hello everyone,

We've bugged Techland again and again (and will continue to do so), but it looks like we won't be able to offer DYL2 at release to our customers in the Gamesplanet shop. Whatever the reasons may be, only Techland knows. Maybe this will change after release, but you should not wait until then if you want to play DYL 2 at release.

Unaffected by this is the ASUS promotion, for which we have already delivered the (uncut) keys. The missing DLC will follow shortly, Techland assured us earlier.

Sorry we don't have any better news for you. If you buy elsewhere: please pay attention to where the retailer is located and which version (purchase and activation restrictions) you are ordering or wait for the experience reports of other gamers on the release.

Not sure what you mean by scammed, you should get a key from your retailer if you've purchased from one taking part in the promotion. Please check with your retailer for assistance.

If you've just bought it then you may have to wait until they ship it before they send out a redemption key. Any troubles after that point email [email protected]

Hello, I purchased an ASUS Duo and got dying light 2 for free with my purchase? You stated that the uncut keys were released but the only thing I've gotten is the voucher code that I was supposed to redeem on gamesplanet what should I do going forward?
