Wait until recently it was fine but I just noticed that it says:

Will not activate in your region!
Do I need to refund ? I have pre ordered this months ago I didn't know of these restrictions
For now you do not need to worry, we're trying to discuss things with the publisher. We'll reach out to customers affected prior to release, if you prefer you can buy it from the UK/DE/FR store instead or wait for feedback.
replyI would rather wait but like I said I am from EU and when I pre ordered it it said that the game activates in my region, but if need be I will refund I guess
