So just now it says that it is region locked after I pre-ordered the game months ago. What the hell?

Also, since I'm from Saudi Arabia, can I get the German/British or French steam key if the US one is region locked for me even though I pre-ordered on the US store? Will I get my money back to my bank account if I want a refund? I have so many questions hopefully you guys can provide some answers at least.

Hey there, we'll address the situation soon. Region locks were only recently added by the publisher and we need to clarify things before we get in touch with customers.
