Hey, it's changed once and that was a decision from the publisher who only recently decided that it would be this way. We had no say in this choice. I understand the frustration but it was out of our control. It's not just us, all stores are in the same boat.
You're of course free to request a refund as you like, we will be reaching out shortly to explain the situation to all customers.
All I am saying is that if you are unsure if a key would work or not - don't advertise that it will, now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back which is a bit annoying.
Region locks were changed by the publisher recently, not at the time of your purchase. We have no control over locks being changed by the publisher. We're not misleading anyone and aren't going to suddenly force people to have region locked keys.
Either way, as you've refunded earlier today it'll be back with you soon and likely within a few days.

The information keeps changing so I am requesting a refund and buying it somewhere else.
Maybe next time sort out details like this BEFORE you start selling pre-orders.
