How long does it take before I can spend my refunded money in the UK/DE/FR store? Right now it only looks like I can spend the refunded money here in the US store.

Can you guys please provide information if you will provide the right keys to us who pre ordered months ago? I am genuinely afraid of my purchased pre order now
As I said earlier, we'll contact customers about this whole situation via email soon. If you'd prefer not to wait for that you can contact us via [email protected] and we can discuss options for you.
If you refund you can either request a wallet payout (instant) but cannot be used on another tenant or you can do a payout to your original payment method and wait a few days to get the money back.
You don't need to fear your pre-order, we'll resolve the issue with you one way or another.
You keep saying that you will ''contact customers soon'' in almost every response. What about exactly? Can you be more clear please? Are we going to receive the key that WAS promised/advertised to us from other places other than NA?
We're still discussing things internally, this is why we can't give you an ETA (though it'll likely be soon). As for what it'll include that's part of our discussion. We want to let everyone who pre-ordered know whats happening and whether or not they need to request a refund.
I understand the frustration about the lock changing and it was never our intention to mislead, sadly the publisher decided to change things at the last minute and it will affect all retailers.
Just wanted to quickly say I appreciate all the transparency and reach-out to all of us here, ngl I get anxious easily and this spiked it a lot, but I'll wait till you guys sort it out since it's not your fault, you said you'll email us all regarding the keys, if it's possible at all, what timeframe are we talking? I know it's most likely gonna be before release, but just my anxiety makes me check the site and email every day waiting for it ;_;
Just wanted to know if you approximately know when we might be getting those emails.

replyRefunds are usually back within a few days. You cannot exchange credit for another store.
