Any chance Venezuela can bypass that through region locked keys for America just like it worked for the base game?
We asked the publisher to clarify locks, if it works the same way as the base game or not.
And will it be available in pre-order?
Yes we just received info from the publisher and are working on the pages. Will be up either tomorrow or hopefully by end of week.
OK thanks. One last question. Can preorders be activated immediately on Steam so that it appears in the library (but not available) or should I wait for the content's release date?
