This is normal, keys for the game will be sent nearer release do not worry. We're working directly with the publisher so you'll get yours as soon as possible (bonus included).

Keys are never sent for email for security, you'll be able to pickup your key. We don't have an ETA but it'll likely be early next week or when a preload occurs (if one does).
