I bought this game but haven't received my steam key yet. Its not in my email and not on the site.

Where do they send the keys? By email or in another way?

Keys will be available on your account page as soon as they are with us from Bandai. The publisher has informed us that they will send to all partners in the morning (EU time). As soon as your key is available you'll receive an email letting you know you can pick it up and start preloading.

Just to confirm, if I buy this version, will I get the Elden Ring base game key at the time of ordering? And the DLC key the following day to add to my steam account?

No, keys for the Erdtree editions (and DLC) are not available until June. We did speak to the publisher about trying to get keys sooner for Editions, but have had no update on it yet.
