Hi, I really want this key... but I have 2 questions:
1 - If I buy this, does it include Fallout 76 complete base game? Or just the expansion pack?
2 - I'm in the US now, so I will probably activate my bethesda key now. But, I have to move to south america in a few weeks. Will I be able to play there unless it was activated in another country?

Yes the base game is included, the "expansion" is a free update which is available to all owners of the game.
Shouldn't be an issue, works in both the US and South America.
