Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas – The Gamescom Trailer Has Bananas in Store

At Gamescom, GIANTS Software is showcasing new gameplay footage for Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas. The expansion takes you to Catuaí—and introduces bananas as a new crop for the first time.

With Beans & Alpacas, Farming Simulator 25 expands into South America: The new Catuaí region features red soil, rolling hills, and lush greenery—perfect for growing coffee beans. You’ll also raise alpacas and Brahman cattle, shear wool, and encounter wildlife such as crocodiles and parrots. Over 25 new machines will join your fleet.

Bananas Are Also Being Delivered

In addition to coffee, there’s a second new crop: bananas. GIANTS Software had teased banana cultivation in an episode of its in-house show NewsHarvest and promised new gameplay—the Gamescom trailer now delivers on that promise.

If you want to give it a try yourself, you don’t have to wait until release: You can try out Beans & Alpacas in person at Gamescom in Cologne from August 26 to 30. GIANTS Software will have its own gaming stations set up in Hall 6.
