My Key was already used
i tried to redeem the key today and it says my key is a duplicate and it already redeemed by an existing steam account, what should i do?

Keys are direct from the publisher and haven't been seen by anyone else. Would check you haven't used it on a second account or email [email protected] if you need further assistance.
