Doesn't Work?!

So I purchased this game through your site and I was playing it perfectly fine for two days straight. Then out of nowhere I try to log on and it says that it could not automatically log me in and I've tried entering with my email and password but nothing seems to work. I don't want to attempt to repurchase the title because it will then prompt me to install the game when it's already installed. Can anyone help me this is extremely frustrating.
