I have just purchased this but didn't recieve a key
I have purchased the game but didn't recieve a key. Will I get it before launch? Will I still be elegible for prepurchase offers?

You need to wait for the game to go back in stock to redeem on our site at the checkout. But you cannot do this while the game is out of stock.

I appreciate the quick response but that does not make any sense. I am waiting for the item that I already have a key for go back into stock on your store just so I can redeem my key. Doesn't 'out of stock' imply there are no more keys that can be sold?
