replyну так у них так принято, я не понимаю как кто-то на такую убогую пиар компанию соглашается с ними. могли уже 100 лет как хотя бы на временной основе расширить сервера в аренду или через облако, я не думаю, что хост бы отказал или игнорил полтора часа
