replyI think it's just desperation :) Lenovo handles the giveaway but I don't think they have a support email or chat, so everyone immediately comes to ask us even though their instructions specifically say "once you have voucher redeem it on Gamesplanet". People are like that. Despite numerous information notices like the comment pinned on top we still get the same hundreds of questions on our support email. :(

replyIt means you don't read the information at the top of this comment section. :) We do not handle the giveaway. It's up to Lenovo. We have no information on their giveaway process. You won't find answer here on how to obtain the voucher. Best place to find answers is their Twitch stream.
