Hello. I pre-ordered mk1 expantion khakis region on August 9th, and at that time it said that activation was possible from Japan. When I checked today, it says that activation is not possible from Japan.

Japan is indeed part of the locks so you'll have to refund sorry, originally we didn't know it would be locked but checked keys and confirmed that's the case.
