It is only showing the DE, UK and FR versions on their site for me.

Likely it's regional, we've contacted ITAD to see if they can improve it further. It does appear on the US region (toggle at the top).

To let you know I checked my settings and it did show your US store in the list as being one that is to be visible to me but nope. Also I am in Canada so not sure why I wouldn't be able to see it. Generally Canadians shop at US stores too. Finally I did contact them too.

Yes we're aware it's not showing the US store for Canada, but it will show for the US region (if selected). We've reached out to ITAD and will see what we can do.
