Hey, we're still waiting for them from the publisher, as far as we know no one has keys yet. Worry not you'll have it in time for a preload (if one happens) or before release at the latest.
No activation for a bonus doesn't matter if you do it before or after release, it's down to the key used. Either way you'll have the bonus too.
