Hi I am a Japanese living in Japan and planning to buy NA edition of re3 from games planet. I saw someone said you cannot apply dlc for NA edition if your re3 is not JP edition. Is this true or just concern for ps4 users? BTW im sorry for my bad english :D

I suppose you are talking about the Classic Costume Pack DLC preorder bonus.
Not sure but I guess Japanese version and worldwide version are not compatible because of the lock.
