カプコンもGPも悪くないですよ、全て自己責任です。
無規制版を購入する際には常にそのようなリスクを覚悟する必要があります。
本来、日本からはSTEAM(JP)ストア、PS4 or Xboxストアから国内版を入手するのが正規ルートであり、無規制版はプレイ出来ないのが大前提ですからね。
合法だけどグレーなんです
