As mentioned on notices before keys were region locked (and when you purchased):

Please note that this product is not guaranteed to work if purchased with a Japanese account or if you use a combination of the main game and additional DLC from different regions.

Could be another factor, did you try restarting your client? Email [email protected] if you still need help.

Thank you for the reply.
Already restarted my client, even reinstalled the DLC, but it didn’t help.
I’ve requested refund and used another key (not Japanese region), then it worked.
Hope others who are using japanese account won’t purchase the DLC from steam directly…
