I made a pre-order on the 27th because it was out of stock. When will the key arrive? I was a little worried so I contacted him.
replyCapcom has ordered the keys last week and should be with us soon, we have no ETA sadly but it shouldn't be much longer. Might even be tomorrow at the earliest.
