When I attempt to redeem the code provided by Asus email I receive an error: "this code can't be claimed anymore"
Please assist with resolving this bug.

replyHello, I bought the game, the normal base version, it says it activates in Argentina, but when I try to activate it on my steam account, it says it can't activate on my country :(
replyI already contacted support, and they told me it is locked in Argentina, so they cancelled the purchase, now waiting for refund, I appreciate the quick reply, but still what a shame it is locked here :(
replyBull crap I bought a Asus Prime 5070Ti and tried to Redeem the Code on the NVIDIA app and it didn't work?? so Canada computers gave me another Code! and the NVIDIA app won't let you try another Code??? that is unbelievable, you pay alot of money for a new GPU and they don't care if you get Resident Evil Requiem at all???? I should have bought ATI!
