replyThere's still 2 weeks to go until release, keys will be sent nearer release. For promotion bundle keys we may get those sooner but we have nothing to report yet. We're waiting for the publisher and do not have a timeframe.

Hi there, the region locks are decided by the publisher and we have no control over them. The simple answer is - that's what publisher decided - we sadly don't know the details why they decided so, sorry :(

replySince the RE:3 version was also released at the last minute, I think I'll wait until February to see if the DX version gets released?
If there's no change even a week before release, I'll consider buying the UK version :)
It says that it activates in Portugal but I am a bit sceptical because the most recent Capcom games have region-lock. Can you confirm that indeed it activates in my country?
