replyNo, the voucher doesn't drop the price further. Originally we had a voucher for the price but have replaced it with a flat discount. Both the voucher and the current discount are equal and cannot be stacked.

replyAccording to Capcom there's no preload for PC, however we'll send keys as soon as possible no worries.
