To connect a product to my Ubisoft Connect, the website prompts me to login to Ubisoft Connect. I am already logged in to Ubisoft Connect. I clicked the button to connect the product, I receive a page that says "Please wait" and then the page returns to the previous, still not showing the product connected.
i need the key for download plis

Update. I resolved the problem by trying another browser, instead of Firefox.

Hey, this is an issue with Firefox enhanced protection that was added a while back. We've reached out to ubisoft to try to resolve but it's easily resolved by swapping browser. Hope you enjoy the game!
