Already logged into Ubisoft Connect

To connect a product to my Ubisoft Connect, the website prompts me to login to Ubisoft Connect. I am already logged in to Ubisoft Connect. I clicked the button to connect the product, I receive a page that says "Please wait" and then the page returns to the previous, still not showing the product connected.
