Game not activating?

I've been trying to activate this game for almost an hour now and it wont work... why can you not just give us the CD key to enter rather then doing this login stuff :(

We're aware of an issue with ubisoft connect, which appears to be having issues at the moment (it's their server). Email [email protected] and we'll help you out.
