Turkey activiation

Hello,

I purchased Stranded Deep Steam Key from Gamesplanet. The product page showed that the key activates in Turkey, but when I try to activate it on my Turkish Steam account, Steam says:

“This product is not available for purchase in your country.”

Could you please check whether the key I received can be activated in Turkey? If it cannot, I would like a refund or a replacement key that can be activated in Turkey.
