Hello, I’ve purchased the SUPER ROBOT WARS Y Ultimate Edition Steam key from Gamesplanet. As this title includes early purchase bonuses, may I ask when the Steam key will be sent out? I’d like to make sure I don’t miss the pre-order bonus.

Hey still 3 weeks until launch, keys should be sent nearer release (usually a few days in advance). You'll get the pre-order bonus if you've pre-ordered and an email when keys are available :)

Need help activating a purchased game. Specifically the game SUPER ROBOT WARS Y Ultimate Edition.

Hey, keys are not available yet there's still 3 months until release and keys will be available nearer the time. You'll get an email from us when they're ready for pickup.

Hey, there's still 3 months until release and keys will be sent nearer the time. This is normal for most publishers, we've been working with Bandai for years direct you dont need to worry about getting the key on time :)

Not sure what you mean about not working, you can refund before enabling the order at any point during the preorder. If you get tech issues feel free to contact us via [email protected]
