Not sure what you mean about not working, you can refund before enabling the order at any point during the preorder. If you get tech issues feel free to contact us via [email protected]

Need help activating a purchased game. Specifically the game SUPER ROBOT WARS Y Ultimate Edition.
In case it cannot be activated, please refund my money so I can buy another game!
