replyI just purchased and downloaded this version, and then I found that it doesn't seem to have Chinese. . . The Chinese version will not be the one reviewed by Steam, right? I don’t know if you plan to add Chinese to this version in the future.
replyThe game does support Chinese, if you are having troubles try looking in the game at the language support.

replyThis site is soooo sketchy. It took 10 hours to get the game and then another 30 min to install. I am calling the fcc to make sure this is legit and to complain. Buyer be weary of a site that you have to dig for negative reviews/
replyHi there, sorry if you feel disappointed by the experience. The game you've bought comes DRM free which means that once you've download the files you get to keep them and can install it anytime anywhere without the need to be online. The game is yours to keep.
Download and installation is a normal process for these types of games. For certain ISP the download takes a bit longer than usual, yes. This is an issue we've tackled a few times optimizing the downloader, changing server for the files and eliminated the issue for the most part but some users still struggle in which case we recommend using external download manager called https://jdownloader.org/ which speeds things up for those who have troubles.
Again, apologies for inconveniences caused. We understand the experience may not be flawless in 100% cases but we hope that a single purchase don't determine your viewpoint and if you stay with us longer you'll notice that Gamesplanet offers much more :)
Indeed you have to dig for negative reviews as this is a fact that we keep high reputation and the few negative comments compared to majority of positive ones confirm that :)

Kinda seems like you guy's got a little defensive here when he threatened to call the FCC. A little suspicious if you ask me. You guy's also don't seem to professional at all with this response as well. Good thing I read the comments before buying anything off this site because EVERYBODY is saying you guy's are way to suspicious and way to unreliable.

replyExe file does not exist The downloader also includes files ranging from superducer3setup-1.bin to 17.bin. Where the hell is the exe file?
replyHey, the .exe file weights about 1.7Mb. It's the file #1 in your account. It should be there :-) You should have 18 files in total.
