The game I bought always showed waiting for PayPal, but I actually paid for it and paypal also showed that the transaction was completed
replyIf the order is showing as "Waiting for PayPal" then it means that PayPal has placed the order in a manual review and nothing can be delivered until that's complete. Usually that's within 24 hours. As soon as its completed the order will be available to you.

Download speeds are not the same for everyone it seems, we've tested and had the full download speed from the server (my download speed went to 26mb/s) so it seems to be a few people having issues.
