I should have known better

I'm four hours into trying to download this. The download keeps crashing and I have to restart it. The download speeds are 1997 slow. I know, "We're working on it." I don't care. Judging by the comments, even if I keep going and do somehow manage to get all the files downloaded, they'll be corrupted and I won't be able to install and play this game. I should have known better than to buy this game after reading the comments. I should have known better than to buy anything from this site. This is ridiculous, I want the game now or I want my money back. I will never buy anything from this business again. What a scam. What a ripoff.

If you're having issues with the downloader then download the files separately instead. Alternatively try using the downloader with admin mode (right click the exe -> run as administrator). As for the speed issues they're mostly resolved now and should be fine for you.

We're an official partner (and only retailer) working with the developer to sell his game. No scam or anything. We've provided the game to many gamers.

im also unable to download and access the game . i emailed support and have been waiting 2 days but no reply yet . im on mac and it wont even let me download the file i just get the cannot create file error in safari downloader .

thanks for the reply . i went in to my mail and see i wrote the address wrong . corrected the error and sent another out to the team for support . thanks for letting me know
