I have sent 3 emails regarding my purchase, have been unable to download game since May 15th, and ZERO response from their "[email protected]" email. Would advise not to purchase as they do not provide a way to actually download the game since you are not being provided a physical copy.

What's wrong is you're inability to provide the product (the game), and the service to download the game (your servers). It's pretty obvious you know there is a problem, as other people on this site have similar comments.

Nothing wrong with our mails, we simply have nothing from you. I suggest you contact us via Facebook to resolve the problem.
If you've got issues with the downloader you can use the separate files as mentioned previously.
