I have sent 3 emails regarding my purchase, have been unable to download game since May 15th, and ZERO response from their "[email protected]" email. Would advise not to purchase as they do not provide a way to actually download the game since you are not being provided a physical copy.
Hey, you are wrong. There is nothing wrong with my email. I sent you three emails. What's wrong is you're inability to provide the product (the game), and the service to download the game (your servers). It's pretty obvious you know there is a problem, as other people on this site have similar comments.

Nothing wrong with our mails, we simply have nothing from you. I suggest you contact us via Facebook to resolve the problem.
If you've got issues with the downloader you can use the separate files as mentioned previously.
